PHELAN: Fire destroys couple’s home

A Phelan couple escaped unharmed from a fire that destroyed their home, say San Bernardino County Fire Department officials.

The blaze was reported at 12:35 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 14, along the 4600 block of Walnut Road.
