SAN BERNARDINO: Floor heater blamed for house fire

A malfunctioning floor heater apparently ignited a San Bernardino house fire that displaced five persons and caused $ 25,000 damage, city fire officials say.
The blaze was reported at 9:46 p.m. Saturday at 4455 North F Street in north San Bernardino.
