DESERT: 15 dogs seized after months of complaints

A nine-month dispute over the noise and smell of a houseful of dogs in Palm Springs has ended with authorities taking possession of 15 of the animals, police say.
Police served a search warrant at 8:30 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 22, along the 500 block of Tramview Road.
