S.B. MOUNTAINS: Decomposed body was missing Rialto man

A decomposing body found last weekend in a rugged portion of the San Bernardino Mountains is that of a 37-year-old Rialto man who was reported missing in July, sheriff’s officials say.

Dante Duval Ratliff was last seen at home in July, said sheriff’s spokeswoman Jodi Miller.
