VICTORVILLE: Big rig explosion shuts down I-15 south

Southbound Interstate 15 in Victorville is partially closed Wednesday morning, Nov. 21, after a semi clipped a bridge, went over the k-rail and landed at a 45-degree angle over the frontage road, according to Caltrans and the CHP.
