HIGHWAY 91: 14th Street ramps closed during the day on Tuesday and Wednesday

The 14th Street on-ramps and off-ramps for Highway 91 will be closed from 8:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 23, and Wednesday, Oct. 24, as part of the $ 232 million project to add a carpool lane to the freeway in each direction through downtown Riverside, Caltrans announced.
