MENIFEE: Vote could allow underground bunkers

A moratorium on building underground bunkers in Menifee could end if the Planning Commission approves some amendments to its municipal code this week.
The commission is scheduled to meet at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 9, at City Hall, 29714 Haun Road, to vote on the matter.
