A badly wounded man has been hospitalized after San Bernardino police received reports of him screaming in the street that he’d been shot.

“He is currently in surgery,” Lt. Paul Williams said of the victim who was found about 4 a.m. Monday, Sept. 24, along the 1200 block of West Victoria Street.
