RIVERSIDE: Fire extensively damages 2 apartment units

Two apartment units sustained major damage this afternoon when a flames erupted on the balcony of one of the units.
When the first units arrived on scene of the blaze reported at 3:09 p.m., they found smoke pouring from a second-floor balcony, with the balcony on the third floor above catching fire.
