TEMECULA: One arrest at checkpoint

Temecula police arrested one person on suspicion of driving under the influence and cited four unlicensed drivers at a sobriety checkpoint overnight Friday, Aug. 31.

In all, 2,307 vehicles passed through the checkpoint at Winchester and Nicolas roads between 9 p.m. Friday and 3 a.m. Saturday.
