A 25-year-old Highland man was killed Friday, Aug. 3, when his 2003 Toyota Tundra went over the side of Highway 330 in the San Bernardino Mountains and plunged 200 feet.

Michael Boone was pronounced dead at the scene, according to the San Bernardino county coroner’s office.
